1-Protection of personal data of the account subscripters and the buyers on mondesdedomination.com
The data collected on this website through order forms (Name, First Name, email, postal address) are used only for the billing and the eventual shipping of the purchased products. They are not subjected to any verification and are kept only for facilitating the future interactions of the Customer on the site. This data are kept without any time limit on an encrypted secure server, and available only to the Webmaster and the Customer. The Customer is informed that he has the possibility to delete all or any part of this data, to modify it, and to completely delete his profile.
This data never get out of the encrypted database, and are in no way subjected to any bargain, prospection, or the sending of messages other than the ones necessary to the communication related to the Customer's order. The Webmaster is the only one who can receive and send these messages. He may occasionally give the Customer's email address, name, and first name to an artist of "Worlds of Domination" for any means necessary, but only to satisfy the Customer's explicit demand, and only to the artist in question

2-Protection of personal data of subscribers to the Newsletter
The data collected through subscription to the "World of Domination" Newsletter (in French) are used only for sending through email the bulletin requested by the Subscriber. The subscription and the sending of this bulletin is done with Mailchimp. Filling the Name and First Name boxes on the form are optional. Only the email address is required, necessary to send that bulletin to the Subscriber. The Subscriber has at any time the possibility to stop receiving these emails by simply clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link present at the bottom of all bulletins. His address will then be immediately deleted.
This data is only present on Mailchimp secure server, and are available only to the Webmaster. They are in no way subjected to any bargain, prospection, or the sending of messages other than the ones of the Newsletter of "Worlds of Domination".

The data collected through subscription to the bulletin "The Chariot" (in English) from Mr Alonzo Serai, are used only for sending through email the bulletin requested by the Subscriber. The subscription and the sending of this bulletin is done with Mailchimp. Filling the Name and First Name boxes on the form are optional. Only the email address is required, necessary to send that bulletin to the Subscriber. A copy of the bulletins of "The Chariot" displayed on a public Wordpress blog (blog.mondesdedomination.com), on which may appear the comments done by readers. These comments are published under the entire responsibility of their authors and can be deleted by them at any time on simple email demand to the Webmaster (herve@mondesdomination.com) or through a message on the blog, the comments being made public only after the approval of the Webmaster or Mr Alonzo Serai. The bulletins under the title "LETTERS" reproduce direct exchanges between readers and Mr Alonzo Serai at his personal email address, and only if they allow it in an email.

4-Protection of personal data of the site visitors
The data collected through the cookies described in the legal notices are treated anonymously by Prestashop and Google Analytics for the sole purpose of making statistics for the frequentation of the sites of the MDD Association. Only the Webmaster has access to these statistics. As the websites of the MDD Association don't contain any advertisement through Google, the commercial features of Google Analytics are deactivated.
The sites of the MDD Association are encrypted with a SSL certificate from OVH. You can find here the protective measures for personal data from our webhost OVH.
